It is great to see Down High pupils making great progress in a number of sports.
Adam Colgan in Year 14 will become the first recipient of a new ‘National Centre (Ulster) Performance Scholarship’ commencing from September 2023 in a new partnership scheme between Ulster University Sport, Swim Ireland and Swim Ulster.
Freya Boyce in Year 11 has been selected to run for Ulster Schools in the upcoming Interprovincial Championships in July.
Zach White in Year 10 has been selected for the County Down Football Team and will be attending the NI Supercup in July.
Dylan McCann and Fraser Mitchell in Year 9 have been selected for the NCU Development Squad and will play fixtures in August.
