Ulster Short Course Swimming Championships

Congratulations to Adam Colgan for his impressive performance at the Ulster Short Course Swimming Championships. He was named both the Ulster Senior and Junior champion in three events: the 400m freestyle, 200m freestyle and the 200m butterfly. In addition he won silver in the 100m individual medley and bronze in the 100m butterfly. He was also part of the Lisburn City Swimming Club relay teams which were Senior and Junior Ulster Champions in the 4x50m freestyle event and Ulster Senior Champions in the 4x50m Medley event. In total he achieved 9 gold medals, 1 silver medal and a bronze medal. An outstanding achievement! This sets Adam up well for his next competition in Rotterdam at the International Swimming Meet in the beginning of December as part of the Irish Performance Pathway team.
