True Colours Exhibition

12th Feb 2020

Shea Preston's work from last year's AS level Art has been selected to be displayed at the True Colours event currently on display in the Ulster Museum. True Colours is a selection of the best art work from last year’s GCSE, AS and A2 examinations. This is the ninth year that the exhibition has been hosted by the Ulster Museum and features the work of 71 students from 51 schools across Northern Ireland. It's open to all and showcases the skills, ingenuity and talent of young people from across Northern Ireland. The exhibition is a fantastic opportunity to view all the work students put into their final pieces, since their 'prep' work is shown alongside finished pieces. Students get to view and understand the processes, gauge the standard and be inspired. The exhibition will be visited by almost 50,000 people, with many schools making trips to show other young artists the standard and quality of work produced in Northern Ireland.

Shea should be commended highly for this fantastic achievement and the high standard of the beautiful work he produced! Well Done!

The event is showing until 23rd February and entry is free. Museum opening times: Tuesday – Sunday, 10am – 5pm. Closed Mondays - so pop in and show your support!
