Year 11 GCSE Home Economics pupils had a super day out at Balmoral show. There were lots of opportunities to taste a wide range of local produce and meet the producers. Jordan Fletcher and Michelle Rea took to the stage to help Chef, Kim Close, prepare some tasty yoghurt bread and healthy power balls in one of the demonstration kitchens in the Food NI food pavilion.
