ADAM'S BANQUET WOWS JUDGES!

Adam Morrison in 11M represented The Rotary Club of Comber at the All-Ireland and the National final of the Rotary Club Young Chef Award held at Lincoln College on Saturday. The competition required Adam to plan, prepare and cook a healthy three-course meal for two people in two hours with a budget of just £15. There were over 8000 young people who entered the competition, so to get to the final 8 was an outstanding achievement for the 15 year old. Despite missing out on a top place, Adam’s dishes received great praise from the celebrity chef and her team of judges.
