Fundraising Cheque Presentation to Repatriation Charity

Last Thursday Year 12 pupils from Down High School presented a fundraising cheque to Colin Bell, the founder of the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust. The form teacher of the pupils, Mr Patton, said, “Each Spring, with a collection of loose change having been gathered up every Friday morning throughout the year, 12M nominate a charity to support. This year they nominated the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, a charity close to the heart of Sarah Mulqueen, whose family has seen the valuable work done.”

The Trust provide support to those who suffer the bereavement of a loved one on foreign shores. This Year 12M collected a total of £308.59.
