Patricia McClean from the Livestock and Meat Commission has been spending time in the Home Economics Department this week showing Year 10 pupils how to cook a range of Northern Ireland beef and lamb dishes. The recipe for Yummy Lamb Curry was a particular hit amongst the pupils.
