Donation to Helping Hand Charity

Technology Department staff, Mr Mark Patton and Mrs Emma McMillen, presented a cheque to Nigel Kearney of the charity Helping Hand, to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. This followed a fundraising coffee morning held at the school in memory of Mr Patton’s daughter, Olivia. Speaking alongside hospital nurse Marie Murray, Mr Kearney said: “We greatly appreciate all support for our charity, which aims to provide the best equipment as well as funding research and education that supports the needs of the children and their parents.”
