Congratulations to the Down High School World Wise Quiz Team. 3rd Place!

The Geographical Association's WorldWise Quiz took place in the Department of Geography, Archaeology and Paleoecology at Queen's University Belfast this afternoon. The team included pupils from Yr 10, Yr 11 and Yr 12. After four challenging rounds, including Ordnance Survey, fieldwork, Google Earth and general Geographical knowledge questions, the DHS team qualified for the final. After a further four, demanding rounds they gained an impressive 3rd place. Congratulations to the team!
